Hotel Policies
These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.
Check-In: 15:00 hours (due to COVID-19 measures)
Check-Out: 11:00 hours (due to COVID-19 measures)
Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is served daily after 9:30a.m.
Cancellation:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30% of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds:
All children are welcome
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Accepted credit cards:
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Express, ATM card, Maestro, Diners, Paypal.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Fine Print:
Transportation to and from the port and the airport can be arranged at an extra charge.
Kindly note that for group reservations of more than 4 rooms, different policies apply. The management will contact you after you book to provide further info.
Excluded charges: Government tax € 0.50 per night
